Change password with expired expiration date (knowledge of current password is required);
Change the password, even with a current expiration date, for your own interest (For example: due to a possible leak of the current password or to define a more complex password);
Change the password due to forgetting the current password (In this scenario, as detailed on this page, the new password can be defined using a digital certificate or previously registered private email).
On the next screen, enter your CPF or email and click Next;
You will receive an email (to your private email previously registered with TrocaSenha) containing a verification code valid for 10 minutes;
Enter the verification code received in the private email and click Verify;
On the next screen you will be able to record a new password.
Important 1: Regarding external accounts, the email used will be the email present in the external account registration on the Portal GIA.
Important 2: This procedure unlocks the user account that was blocked due to exceeding the inactivity limit (account blocked because the user spent more than 45 days without performing any authentication).
