Getting to know the TrocaSenha
  • Change password with expired expiration date (knowledge of current password is required);
  • Change the password, even with a current expiration date, for your own interest (For example: due to a possible leak of the current password or to define a more complex password);
  • Change the password due to forgetting the current password (In this scenario, as detailed on this page, the new password can be defined using a digital certificate or previously registered private email).
  • The password for SERPRO user accounts expires every 2 years (SERPRO employees, interns, young apprentices and external accounts).
Ways to use TrocaSenha
Even with a password that has expired, it is possible to record a new password using the following procedure:
  • Access TrocaSenha;
  • Enter your CPF and current password;
  • Click Next;
  • On the next screen you will be able to record a new password.
  • If you have forgotten your password, on the TrocaSenha home page, click on the link Did you forget your password?;
  • With the digital certificate inserted, click on the image that represents the digital certificate;
  • After being authenticated in SERPRO's Single Login, the screen that allows you to record a new password will be displayed.
  • If you have forgotten your password, on the TrocaSenha home page, click on the link Did you forget your password?;
  • On the next screen, enter your CPF or email and click Next;
  • You will receive an email (to your private email previously registered with TrocaSenha) containing a verification code valid for 10 minutes;
  • Enter the verification code received in the private email and click Verify;
  • On the next screen you will be able to record a new password.
